Record Numbers Attend Doheny/Sam Maguire Cul Camp

Doheny/Sam Maguire Cul camp ran from 13th to the 17th of August catering for a record 270 enthusiastic and energetic children.  Overall the weather was accommodating however the rain came on Wednesday but this did not deter our young athletes and coaches. We were extremely privileged to have Cork  Senior players such as our own Mellissa Duggan, Luke Meade and Chris O'Leary coaching during the week.  A huge thank you to our dedicated coaches and helpers who no doubt inspired all the children.  To facilitate the children's skill development and love of the game Cork Star Ruairí Deane presented a football to each and every child on Friday. All these footballs were kindly sponsored by Andrew Healy and Super Valu Dunmanway. A great gesture to end a great week.
