Half time : 1-08 to 0-3
We played with the wind in the 1st half and took some time to settle .However once the team settled down they played some excellent football turning defence into attack with fast accurate passing and taking some very good scores .
Mark Quinn goaled in each half following good movement through the field by a number of players .
In the 2nd half the defence tightened up and despite playing against the wind we were always on top .
Overall a very disciplined display by the team and substitutes .
The defence was on top throughout aided by strong play from Donal Rice,Kieran Daly ,Maurice Murphy and Daniel O'Driscoll and Daniel McSweeney in goal.
Brian Dullea and Kevin Cotter held the sway at midfield .
In attack Mark Quinn and Declan Coughlan took some excellent scores with Richard Kingston marking his return with a good display.
